Look, we’ll be the first to admit that whenever our supremely writerly media peers out there post those cute little tweets about their book deals, we just assume the screenshot of said announcement is from like…….some mysterious Olde Book Deal Society where they initiate you only if you’ve been adequately blurbed and inducted at Books Are Magic……..but it turns out that
