Also, there was no shortage of incredible 9/11 tributes and stories this past weekend, but make sure you read this New York Times oral history (from 2011) that looks at how Fashion Week was impacted that fateful day, 15 years ago. At first glance, it might seem MEGA frivolous to even like, care about what the WTC attacks had to do with high fashion, but the stories of how this particular community came together offers a pretty moving study of how to confront shocking tragedy and pull together.
