Do you still have your wisdom teeth? I used to have issues with TMJ that have largely disappeared since I got my final wisdoms out, just the extra space in my mouth means my jaw doesn't get pushed over as much when I sleep on my side etc.
oh yeah they yanked those babies out wayy before i was ready in college lol. but this is good to know!
Ah should have guessed, as my dentist was astonished I still had any of mine left at 35.
