meet the DMV’s newest zine
Lovers of indie mags, creative culture, and the increasingly real possibility of DC statehood should def check out the DMV’s newest zine, Summerhouse, which just launched its digital issue yesterday! It’s a mag that’s the result of three years of work by my good friend Michelle Delgado (you might remember the Kickstarter fundraiser held for it last year), but honestly you only have to take one look at this gorgeous Summerhouse poster art to get a sense for how perfectly the zine captures that gooey popsicle lushness of DC’s DIY scene, including its underground sideshows, wholesome hand lettering societies, cute and **more importantly** spacious cafes, and toooons more. Drink it up!!
