Let’s get this party started and *checks notes* start charging late fees!!!!!

Not a ton of media industry critiques that truly unhinge our jaws anymore, but reading this blog from Wudan Yan about how she, as a freelancer, was at one point owned $5,000 from tardy outlets def. raised an eyebrow...but then when she reveals that she started charging a **20%** LATE FEE to those same outlets….we just….wow….the power/might/force/boldness of that move both inspired and terrified us all at once.

Tl;dr, Yan wasn’t entirely successful, but listen, in our humble opinion, we could just...all start doing this? (AKA, white guys, do this with us to make the big titles actually pay attention, and then we’ll all report back!!)
