A lil’ Monday ~girl-I’ve-been-there~ for ya: this NY Mag roundup of what major women journalists, from Lydia Polgreen to Gretchen Carlson, would tell their younger selves, from a fancy New York Women in Communications luncheon last month.

Tl;dr — chill out, take vacations, do whatever you want, go to the damn party, and maybe nurse a fantasy about leaving it all behind to farm corn. All doable things, amirite? [Insert ragged exhale and brave smile here].
