Ask Annie, but make it apocalyptic

Can’t seem to fit casual climate change chitchat into your everyday routine?? There’s an advice column for that, apparently: over at Yale Climate Connections, senior editor Sara Peach answers questions such as Should I tell my Republican friend that her Florida mansion is doomed by sea-level rise? (lol “Try chatting about sea-level rise in small doses that fit within the natural flow of your relationship.”)

As the CJR writeup on this column points out, Peach’s column is an interesting approach to making the issue of a melting planet a little more accessible, a lot more personal, but no less depressing. Just think of it as the ultimate existential advice column!
